This class is perfect for anyone who considers themself a beginner potter, knows the basics, and is wanting to improve their skills and learn more advanced techniques! Over the course of two months, students will get a refresher on the basic skills of throwing on the wheel in addition to more intermediate or advanced skills like lidded and altered forms. Our small class size of six people will allow our instructor, Sheilagh, to offer everyone personalized support and attention. As a student, you will have access to open studio hours between 9am and 9pm to practice, in addition to the weekly 2.5 hour class. One 25lb bag of clay will be provided. This class is all about growing in your skills, building confidence, and finding connection.
